You may return an unopened unused product in its original condition within 5 days of receiving it. The customers are responsible for paying for shipping and ensuring we receive the product. Please contact us before returning your product(s). Upon receipt of the product, we will give you a refund within 10 business days.

Although this doesn’t happen often, in the case that you have received a damaged or defective product, please let us know and we will be happy to replace it or refund it.

To cancel an order before it has shipped, The Gift of Imaan Inc. will deduct a 5% cancellation fee to cover the cost of bank transaction fees due to customers canceling an order.
